Join Our Team as a Member Services Representative - Part Time (Weekend Morning)

First National Bankers Bank is looking for a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team! BILINGUAL English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding 'Judgement Free' experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting members and guests warmly, making them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Answering phones and assisting callers with inquiries.
• Checking members in, touring, signing up new members, logging amenities, and communicating updates and events.
• Responding promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns.
• Handling beverage or merchandise purchases via POS system.
• Assisting with new membership cards, address changes, and billing or payment questions.

Club Maintenance and Cleanliness:

• Maintaining a clean and orderly front desk area and lobby.
• Performing regular cleaning tasks such as mopping spills, trash removal, cleaning windows/mirrors, and re-racking weights.
• Cleaning exercise equipment and tanning beds regularly.
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms and wet areas.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Applicants for overnight positions must pass a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of hire.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older and possess a high school diploma/GED.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED certification and be physically capable of performing CPR in emergencies.

Physical Demands:

• Standing and walking for extended periods, with the ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and reach.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Continuous talking and ability to see and hear normally.
