Join to apply for the Member Services Rep Part Time Weekend Morning role at First National Bankers Bank

We are seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team! BILINGUAL English/Spanish are encouraged to apply! As a staff member, you will provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience.

Some responsibilities include:

1. Customer Service/Front Desk Activities:
   • Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
   • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
   • Check members in, tour, sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events.
   • Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
   • Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases via POS system.
   • Assist with new membership cards, address changes, and billing/payment questions using POS system.
2. Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:
   • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area and lobby.
   • Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of the facility, including equipment, restrooms, and common areas.
3. Qualifications & Requirements:
   • Applicants for overnight positions must pass a 7-year criminal background check within the first week.
   • Exceptional customer service skills, positive and professional interaction.
   • Prior customer service experience preferred.
   • Must be 18 or older.
   • High School diploma or GED required.
   • Upbeat, positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
   • Obtain and maintain CPR/AED certification and physical ability to perform CPR.
4. Physical Demands/Requirements:
   • Ability to walk, stand, and perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs.
   • Continuous talking in person or on the phone.
   • Ability to see and hear within normal ranges.
