Job summary

Crunch Fitness in California is hiring a Member Services Representative to greet members, hype the energy, and keep the club looking sharp. This role is not desk-bound; it’s fast-paced, social, and all about making people feel welcome.

You’ll book KickOff appointments, handle phones, and help members reach their goals while enjoying training and development opportunities. Must be outgoing, CPR/AED certified, and able to work 3 shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic, and coachable.
• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience = bonus.
• Available for 3 shifts per week (3–6 hours each).
• Must be CPR/AED certified.
• Able to hype others up and take feedback like a champ.

Responsibilities

• Greet members like they’re walking into a party.
• Book members for their KickOff appointment, so we can help them reach their goals.
• Keep the club clean, organized, and aesthetic.
• Answer phones + help members with anything they need.
• Open/close the POS drawer + complete checklists.
• Be the person who makes someone’s day better just by saying hi with your smile.
