Job summary

Crunch is hiring a Member Services Representative in Huntington Beach to greet members, hype the team, and keep the club looking great. This role is part-time with 3 shifts per week, 3–6 hours each, and CPR/AED certification is required.

You’ll help book KickOff appointments, answer phones, and contribute to a high-energy, welcoming gym culture. We offer free workouts, a vibrant team environment, and opportunities for advancement as Crunch continues to grow across SoCal.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and coachable
• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is a bonus
• Available for 3 shifts per week (3-6 hours each)
• Must be CPR/AED certified
• Able to hype others up and take feedback well

Responsibilities

• Greet members like they're walking into a party
• Book members for their KickOff appointment to help them reach goals
• Keep the club clean, organized, and aesthetic
• Answer phones and help members with anything they need
• Open/close the POS drawer and complete checklists
• Be the person who makes someone's day better just by saying hi with your million dollar smile
