Job summary

Xtend is seeking a Member Services Representative to support credit union members nationwide from our Grand Rapids area. You'll handle inbound calls, verify identities, and educate members on account details and card concerns, delivering courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or pursuing diploma.
• 1–2 years of office or call center experience.
• Professional, courteous and confident on the phone.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent documentation accuracy.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and with credit unions.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage inbound calls from credit union members.
• Verify caller identities and navigate credit union tools while responding to web chats, emails, and calls, documenting interactions.
• Educate members on account details and card concerns.
• Handle inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, and member callbacks.
