University of North Dakota seeks a Part-time Member Services Program Manager to develop training materials and lead customer service, Fusion, and safety trainings for the Wellness Center’s Member Services Staff. This role focuses on the Outpost and provides administrative support within the Administrative group of the Wellness and Health Promotion team.
UND students are eligible to be hired. The position is non-benefited, with 10–15 hours per week, and requires on-campus time for some duties,
The Member Services Program Manager will assist in developing training materials and lead customer service training, Fusion training, and safety training of the Member Services Staff to include the Member Service Associates and Facility Managers. The Member Services Program Manager will assist with developing training materials and processes for the Outpost and serve as a direct contact for the Outpost.
This position is responsible for aiding in the development and administration of customer service and training of the Member Services Staff to include the Member Service Associates and Facility Managers. The Member Services Program Manager will assist with developing training materials for the Outpost and fulfilling other administrative duties as assigned. This position is considered a member of the Administrative group of the Wellness and Health Promotion team.
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
