First Commerce Credit Union is seeking a friendly, service‑driven Member Service Representative to assist members with accounts, product recommendations, and digital banking needs. You will perform teller duties, help with online tools, and provide courteous guidance to navigate financial goals.

The role emphasizes service excellence, proactive problem solving, and opportunities to earn through referrals and growth within the credit union.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 18 months teller experience at a bank or credit union (or 12 months teller + 6 months customer service).
• Positive, can-do attitude and passion for helping others.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
• Comfort with office technology and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Opening deposit accounts and recommending products that fit member needs.
• Performing teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing.
• Assisting with account maintenance, debit card services, wire transfers, and more.
• Supporting members with online banking, safe deposit access, and financial tools.
• Notarizing documents, providing loan payoff quotes, and helping with direct deposits.
• Driving sales through service excellence and meeting referral goals.
