Job summary

The Member Service Associate at Indian Land YMCA supports front desk operations, greets visitors, handles program registrations, and answers membership questions with accuracy and courtesy.

The role is part-time, evening and weekend shifts, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and CPR/First Aid may be required within 30 days of hire. This position includes event support and daily cash handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong public relations and interpersonal skills.
• General clerical and computer skills.
• Ability to communicate with people of all levels.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certifications required within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations
