Job summary

ICCU in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Member Relationship/Loan Interviewer responsible for interviewing and qualifying members for loans, assisting with opening accounts, cross-selling services, and ensuring satisfaction.

You will review mortgage applicants, pull credit, open business accounts, and maintain product knowledge while ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal lending regulations and general policies.
• Ability in math, ten-key calculator, and computer.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of records.
• Good knowledge of Credit Union services.

Responsibilities

• Interview members and gather data for loan applications and mortgage processes.
• Open new accounts, certificates, IRAs, and business accounts.
• Pull credit reports and analyze eligibility for accounts and loans.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Ensure member satisfaction and uphold service standards.
• Back up teller line and assist with various duties as needed.
