Job summary

Rogue Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager I at the Meridian Branch in Idaho. This role supports the Branch Manager in leading staff, improving member loyalty, and achieving branch goals about deposits and service.

With 3–5 years of related experience and a high school diploma, you’ll recruit, train, coach, and supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage operations while maintaining a strong focus on member satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED; knowledge of deposit regulations.
• Ability to interpret regulations affecting deposit programs.
• Strong supervisory and personnel development skills.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Resourceful with conflict and problem resolution.
• Strong computer and software skills.
• Teller skills for backing up.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving the vision, mission, guiding values and service promises.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach and manage staff to meet branch needs.
• Establish accountability measures and evaluate performance of direct reports.
• Provide leadership to ensure staff reach branch and individual goals.
• Oversee general operations, scheduling, and report information as needed.
• Serve members, troubleshoot and resolve member concerns; back up tellers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations affecting deposit programs (Regulations B, D, E, Z, CC, DD).
• Assist in deposit program strategy, policy and new product development.
• Help establish annual budget and sales goals for deposit products.
