Job summary

Virginia Farm Bureau Family of Companies seeks a Member Service Specialist - Healthcare Associate in Gloucester/Dutton, VA to support quoting, enrollment and servicing of Healthcare products. You will process inquiries by phone, email and in person, and assist with open enrollment under supervision.

The position trains toward a Sr Member Service Specialist – Healthcare Elite role within three years as qualifications are met. A non-exempt, office-based role with strong team and member focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• P&C and L&H licenses must be obtained within four months of employment.
• Licenses must be maintained through CE credits.

Responsibilities

• Handle quoting and servicing for Healthcare products as a trainee.
• Open enrollment for Healthcare with support from VFBHIS.
• Process insurance documents: payments, claim reports, certificates of insurance and binders.
