Responsibilities

• Handle quoting and servicing for Healthcare products as a trainee.
• Perform healthcare open enrollment with support from VFBHIS.
• Complete training and testing for Health insurance sales and servicing.
• Process customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person; handle payments and claims.
• Support agents with quotes, new business, cross-selling; set appointments; promote products.
