Responsibilities

• Handle quoting and servicing for Healthcare products as a trainee.
• Manage healthcare open enrollment with support.
• Complete training and proficiency testing for Health insurance sales/servicing.
• Process insurance business inquiries via phone, email, and in person; handle payments and claims.
• Support agents: quote home/auto, process new business, promote cross selling, schedule appointments.
• Maintain County Farm Bureau records, financial accounting, and membership data.
• Assist in planning county board meetings and maintain minutes.
