Job summary

Bella Vista POA in Arkansas is seeking a Member Activity and Guest Card Specialist to deliver excellent customer service while processing Membership Activity Cards and Guest Cards.

You will handle inquiries, perform simple data entry, operate the card printer, and assist with basic membership duties under supervision. Strong communication and computer skills are required; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school education or up to 3+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Proficient with a 10-key calculator.
• Positive, enthusiastic personality; customer service experience preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process information for Membership Activity Cards and Guest Cards.
• Operate computer and camera to create and print activity cards.
• Accept, update, and verify member contact information.
• Respond to telephone orders, requests, and inquiries accurately and timely.
• Complete documents for membership activities and designation of new members.
• Apply charges for sale of amenities and assessment dues.
