You will process memberships and credit-related tasks, participate in events, and strive to meet sales goals. Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, fulfilling complex orders, providing member-first service, and collaborating with teammates to resolve issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Maintains facility safety by following safety standards and reporting unsafe situations.
• Fulfills membership orders by reviewing, picking, scanning, wrapping and palletizing items to meet member needs.
• Completes tasks by using policies, data, and resources, coordinating with managers and coworkers.
• Provides member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Commits to company policies and ethics, and upholds the Open Door Policy in business processes.
• Embraces diversity and fosters a culture of belonging and teamwork.
• Acts with integrity, upholding the highest standards and being accountable.
