Responsibilities

• Provide information on Membership benefits and promote Walmart products and services.
• Process Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders and ensure accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Assist Members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues and concerns.
