Responsibilities

• Provides information on Membership benefits and promotes value of Walmart products and services.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts and participates in sales and marketing events.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, and ensuring order accuracy.
• Delivers Member service by identifying needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintains safety by following safety standards and reporting unsafe situations to management.
