Job summary

Sam's Club in Gardena, CA is hiring for a member-focused associate role. You will inform Members about benefits, promote the value of Walmart/Sam's Club products and services, and process memberships upgrades and credit accounts while supporting sales and membership goals.

You will fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, scan items, wrap and palletize, ensure order accuracy, and handle out-of-stock issues.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns.
• Maintains safety by following all safety standards and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
