Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Leading a front-end team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area by assigning duties and providing guidance on member service.
• Assist management with recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching and evaluating associates.
• Promote membership by processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encourage renewals and participate in sales/marketing events.
• Complete and maintain required documentation and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.
