Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club location in Owensboro is seeking an Front-End Supervisor who will supervise associates, assign tasks, train staff, and ensure excellent member service. You will process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, promote the membership program, and assist customers with purchases and self-checkout.

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates in assigned area

• Provide member service guidance and resolve member issues per company guidelines
• Communicate information on membership types, programs and benefits to members
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts and encourage renewals
• Support store events and execute marketing and sales activities
• Manage tasks like receipts, returns and cash handling per policy
