Job summary

Walmart in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a front-end/associate supervisor to support management in daily operations, member service, and store processes. You will guide associates, train staff, and assist customers with purchases while promoting Walmart services.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management in supervising associates and allocate duties
• Communicate goals and feedback, train associates on processes and procedures
• Assist members with purchases and using self-service tools and technology
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, and promote store services
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, handle receipts and cash activities
• Support recruiting, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates
