Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and provide direction and guidance.
• Promote membership by processing memberships, upgrades and credit accounts and encouraging renewals.
• Provide member service by assisting with purchases, guiding self-checkout, and answering questions.
• Handle claims, returns and maintain club cleanliness and organization.
