Alliance Performance in Fair Lawn is seeking a personable Member Services Front Desk Associate to be the first impression of our gym. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, handling check-ins, registrations, and member inquiries with professionalism.

You'll help with memberships, promotions, and events, maintain a clean, welcoming reception, and support the team in a fast-paced fitness environment in North Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Create an Exceptional First Impression: Warmly welcome members and prospective clients; provide top-tier customer service; reflect commitment to excellence.
• Manage Check-Ins & Daily Operations: Oversee member check-ins for sessions and walk-ins; ensure accurate attendance and smooth daily operations.
• Support Member Management & Administration: Assist with registrations, cancellations, account updates, and member management through our systems; maintain organized records.
• Maintain a Professional & Inviting Environment: Keep front desk and common areas clean, organized, and welcoming; reflect high training and recovery standards.
• Assist with Membership Sales & Promotions: Support membership sales, promotions, and events; help prospects sign up or upgrade with enthusiasm.
• Communicate Clearly & Proactively: Inform members of schedule updates, events, and promotions via calls, texts, and emails; ensure professional communication.
