Job summary

CCMC is seeking a part-time Member Services Associate to support the community management team in a resident-centric adult community in Colorado. You will greet guests, handle calls, draft documents, and assist with events, mail, and calendar updates.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, excellent phone etiquette, strong communication and organization, and a valid driver’s license. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required, with a friendly, professional

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent telephone manner and strong Customer service focus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, answer phones and direct calls
• Note accurate messages and route to appropriate parties
• Operate and maintain office equipment
• Draft and proofread a variety of association documents including maintenance work orders
• Assist owners with coordinating resident-hosted events
• Update the association’s website and calendar
• Receive, prepare and deliver mail and packages
• Perform other administrative duties as needed
