Qualifications

• Health club experience is a plus.
• Experience with Member Management Systems is a plus.
• Basic accounting, customer service, multitasking and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members enthusiastically and check-in efficiently.
• Answer telephone and field calls.
• Schedule services and reservations.
• Assist members with purchases of retail goods and club services.
• Promote club services and activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock.
• Handle injury and illness incident reports.
• Administer emergency care when needed.
• Work as a TEAM with other departments.
