Job summary

• Process account services like check orders, changes, and stop payments.
• Assist with debit card issuances, disputes, and card inventory.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and related regulations.
• Support branch staff and cover overflow duties.
• Handle mail distribution and FedEx coordination.
