Job summary

• Process member transactions via phone requests and research member inquiries.
• Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs.
• Ensure proper charges for services and accurate processing of wires and other transactions.
• Follow applicable regulations including BSA/AML/CIP/MDD and complete required trainings.
