Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (for example, cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns; promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Guides members on self-service technology and processes payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Maintains merchandise, locates products, and assists with exchanges and purchasing decisions.
• Assists with training of Member Frontline Services associates and delivers program rollout training.
• Ensures area is well organized, handles returns, and reports shrink and damages.
• Adheres to policies, documentation, and safety practices.
