Job summary

Sam's Club in Garden City, KS is hiring a Member Frontline Services associate. You will provide member service, maintain the checkout area, and resolve member issues while promoting Sam's Club products and services.

You will guide members on self-service technology, process purchases, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges according to policies. You will also help with safety and merchandising to ensure a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (for example, cash register).
• Familiarity with mobile retail applications is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service. Maintains the checkout area and resolves member issues.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides members on self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Follows safety standards, conducts safety sweeps, and maintains a safe shopping environment.
• Assists with training of Member Frontline Services associates and delivers program rollout training.
• Maintains records, zones areas, and safeguards assets per policies.
