Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Topeka, KS is seeking a Front End Associate to provide member service, operate checkout areas, and assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges. You will promote Sam’s Club products and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting members, verifying memberships, guiding self-service tech, and assisting with merchandise placement and safety compliance. Training and process improvement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Retail front-end experience handling checkout equipment and customer service.
• Experience operating cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
• Familiarity with mobile retail applications and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist with purchases at the front end.
• Maintain checkout area and assist with payments, returns and exchanges per policy.
• Greet members, verify memberships, and help with product selection and merchandizing.
• Ensure safety, uphold security practices, and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Assist with training new front-line associates on processes and system usage.
