Qualifications

• Retail experience, including operating front-end equipment such as a cash register.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and guidance regarding self-service technology.
• Maintain the checkout area, including processing purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Apply safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
• Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, and assist members with purchasing decisions and merchandise location.
• Arrange and zone merchandise, identify shrink and damages, and uphold a safe shopping environment.
• Assist in securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and observe potential criminal activity.
• Execute emergency response procedures and ensure compliance with security and safety practices.
• Provide training on member front-line processes and new technology to associates.
