Job summary

Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District in Round Rock, Texas, is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet guests, provide information, and support front-desk operations at the Brushy Creek Community Center.

You will help enforce center rules, tour visitors, manage cash controls, and assist with rental room setup and takedown, while maintaining a welcoming environment and completing daily tasks per procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-desk customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings.
• Maintain current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certification or obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and assist patrons at lobby reception.
• Serve as gatekeeper, enforce rules for staff and patrons.
• Answer questions and conduct Community Center tours.
• Keep cash controls and daily transactional accuracy.
• Carry out daily tasks per departmental procedures.
• Detail, sanitize, and maintain a clean welcoming environment.
• Set up and take down rental rooms.
