Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District in Round Rock, Texas, is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet guests, provide information, and support front-desk operations at the Brushy Creek Community Center.

You will help enforce center rules, tour visitors, manage cash controls, and assist with rental room setup and takedown, while maintaining a welcoming environment and completing daily tasks per procedures.

Qualificações

• Experience in front-desk customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings.
• Maintain current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certification or obtain within 90 days.

The Organization

Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District is home to 18,000+ residents. Formed initially as Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 2 in 1977, BCMUD provides water and wastewater services, recreational activities, beautiful gardens, parks, and miles of trails through the Brushy Creek community. BCMUD operates four swimming pools, four tennis courts, and a disc golf course throughout the community. At the heart of our District is the Brushy Creek Community Center. Our Community Center features two gyms, two racketball courts, weight room, rock wall, and recreational programming, including various fun activities, educational and fitness classes. Brushy Creek employs approximately 190 seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members.

Member Services Representative

The Member Services Representative delivers exceptional front-time clerical and customer support services to members and guest of the Brushy Creek Community Center.

Job Duties

• Welcome, greet, and provide help to patrons in lobby reception area
• Serve as gatekeeper for the community Center, observe and enforce rules and regulations to both staff and patrons
• Answer questions and conduct Community Center tours
• Keep cash controls
• Carry out daily tasks outlined in departmental shared operating procedures
• Detail, sanitize, organize and maintain a clean welcoming environment
• Setup and takedown rental rooms

Minimum Requirement

Maintain current certification/license, or ability to attain certification/license within 90 days of hire:

• American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.

Must be able to work flexible work schedules and irregular hours including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Schedule

Shift 1: Friday 5 pm to 9 pm, and must have availability on Saturday and Sunday

Shift 2: Monday - Saturday 5 pm to 9 pm will only be scheduled 3-4 shifts a week
