The Green Hills YMCA is Now Hiring for Member Services Associate

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Though we offer flexible shifts across all locations. The following locations are seeking specific availability:

- Sumner County: Hiring for closing (4:30p – 9pm) and weekend shifts

- Northwest: Hiring for opening (4:45-9:00 AM) and weekend shifts

- Franklin: Hiring for opening shifts (4:45-9:00 AM)

Join our Membership Team and help create a welcoming, friendly experience for every person who walks through our doors! As a Member Services Associate , you'll be the first face members see and play an important role in helping people connect with the YMCA and all we have to offer.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Comfortable standing, sitting or conduct walking tours of the building
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
