Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required; contact center, retail banking, or hospitality preferred.
• Comfort working in a busy open contact center environment with noise and lighting for extended periods.
• Strong communication and listening skills with accuracy in handling member inquiries.
• Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot digital platforms with members.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with empathy and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Assist members with day‑to‑day banking needs and online banking support.
• Promote FAIRWINDS products and services to meet member goals.
• Educate members on digital tools like mobile app and online banking.
• Document interactions thoroughly and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Meet performance goals for service quality, productivity, and satisfaction.
• Follow compliance and security policies to protect member information.
