Ymca Of The Inland Northwest seeks a Membership Services Representative at the Valley Branch in Spokane Valley, WA. This part-time role supports member services, processes registrations, and delivers excellent customer service to visitors and members.

The MSR handles cash transactions, greets guests, conducts facility tours, and helps promote YMCA programs and memberships while upholding safety policies and the organization’s values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years experience working with the public and cash handling.
• Proficiency with standard business software.
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Completion of YMCA program certifications upon hire.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Process membership enrollment and program registrations.
• Greet members and staff, direct to destinations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with inquiries/ complaints.
• Accept and process cash transactions, reconcile till daily.
• Provide facility tours to encourage membership enrollment.
• Build and maintain relationships with members and staff.
• Follow safety and child abuse prevention policies.
• Support annual fundraising campaigns and events.
