Kohler Credit Union in West Bend is hiring a Full-Time Teller/Member Service Representative at the West Bend Meijer Branch. The starting pay is $19.15-$21.40 per hour, with paid training, competitive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

As a Teller/Member Service Representative, you will process deposits and withdrawals, answer questions, and help Members reach their financial goals while delivering an exceptional banking experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus.
• Ability to accurately handle financial transactions and cash.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately.
• Build lasting relationships by providing outstanding member service.
• Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals.
• Answer questions and resolve account inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and balance your cash drawer.
• Follow security procedures and operational policies.
• Work collaboratively with your team to create an exceptional member experience.
