Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Teller/Member Service Representative at our Kohler Branch to deliver friendly, accurate service and help members meet their financial goals. Competitive hourly rate of $19.15-$21.40 and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong math, communication, and computer skills.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, cash handling, or another customer-facing role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with members by providing friendly, personalized service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain balanced cash drawers while following all cash handling and security procedures.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Meet performance expectations related to service quality, accuracy, and member satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with members and teammates in person, by phone, and through email.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand your knowledge and grow your career.
