Qualifications

• 0-6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Ability to meet teller/service goals and provide tailored member guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver deposits, loans, and new account processing for members.
• Assess member needs and recommend SCCU products and services.
• Balance cash, monetary instruments, and daily transactions accurately.
• Serve as floor manager to assess member needs and direct to appropriate sources.
• Maintain efficient lobby flow and minimize member wait times.
• Master and use the computer terminal and online system for error-free work.
