Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Member Service Specialist (Teller/Customer Service) at the Summer Brook Branch to deliver exceptional service by assisting members with deposits, loans, and new account processing. You will assess member needs, recommend SCCU products, and resolve issues efficiently.

You will be eligible for a promotion after 12 months with a comprehensive benefits package and a strong focus on member-first service.

Qualifications

0-6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalency.

Responsibilities

Meet established sales and service goals.
Consult with members regarding SCCU products and services and recommend additional offerings to meet member needs.
Occasionally serve as floor manager to assess members' needs and guide them to the right information source.
Perform transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments and the sale of monetary instruments.
Balance cash and daily work accurately to ensure member account integrity.
Assist with existing deposit and loan accounts and account maintenance.
Master and correctly use the computer terminals and online systems to produce error-free work.
