Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is seeking a Member Service Specialist (Teller/Customer Service) at our Enterprise Road Branch to deliver exceptional service. You will assist members with deposits, loans, and new accounts while assessing needs and recommending SCCU products to meet those needs.

The role emphasizes strong sales and service skills, cash handling, and accurate transaction processing. Full-time hours are provided with opportunities for growth and advancement within SCCU.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, loans, and new account processing.
• Assess member needs and provide tailored SCCU product recommendations.
• Occasionally act as floor manager to direct members to the right information source.
• Perform transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and sale of monetary instruments.
• Balance cash, instruments, and daily work to maintain account integrity.
• Utilize computer terminal and online system to produce error-free work.
