Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is seeking a Member Service Specialist (Teller/Customer Service) at the Pines Hiatus Branch to assist members with deposits, loans, and new account processing. You will tailor recommendations to member needs and resolve issues efficiently.

The role emphasizes meeting sales/service targets, cash handling, and accurate transactions, with opportunities for promotion after 12 months and notable benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency

Responsibilities

• Meet established sales and service goals.
• Consult with members regarding SCCU products and services and recommend additional offerings to meet member needs.
• Occasionally serve as floor manager to guide members and minimize wait times.
• Perform deposits, withdrawals, payments, and sale of monetary instruments.
• Balance cash and daily transactions to ensure account integrity.
• Assist members with transactions and account maintenance.
• Use computer terminals and online systems to produce error-free work.
