• Promotes membership by informing customers about membership types, programs and benefits and processing memberships/upgrades.
• Provides member service by assisting with purchases, directing self-checkout and ensuring pickup orders are fulfilled.
• Oversees area operations including returns, merchandising, cart availability and guiding customers.
