Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a friendly, professional attitude and personalize interactions.
• Perform routine teller transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing.
• Educate members on FAIRWINDS products and digital tools like mobile/online banking.
• Assist members with account questions and service issues; escalate when needed.
• Maintain balancing standards and operational compliance for transactions.
• Support branch goals by referring member needs to lending, accounts, or investments.
• Keep teller station and branch appearance organized and welcoming.
• Participate in coaching sessions to build product knowledge and service skills.
• Live and model The FAIRWINDS Way values in all actions.
