The County FCU has an immediate opening for a full-time Member Service Specialist – Card Services & IRA/HSA Support at our Operations Center in Presque Isle!

The Member Service Specialist – Card Services and Overdraft Privilege Support shares primary responsibility for the credit union’s debit and credit card program and serves as the primary specialist for Overdraft Privilege and overdrawn draft and share account collection. The position also supports other CORE+ functions and maintains cross-training for Fraud Support and IRA & HSA Support. The CORE+ Department Manager retains program accountability, subject-matter expertise, and active operational participation that supplements, but does not replace, the position’s primary and backup responsibilities.
