Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union in Baxter is seeking a Member Service Specialist who enjoys helping people achieve financial goals and delivering exceptional member experiences.

You'll build relationships, identify products, open and maintain accounts, assist with transactions and loan applications, support growth, educate members on digital tools, and collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless experience.

• Helping members identify financial products and services that meet their needs
• Opening and maintaining checking, savings, IRA, and other deposit accounts
• Assisting members with account transactions, questions, and problem resolution
• Interviewing and assisting members with consumer loan applications
• Supporting loan and deposit growth through conversations, recommendations, and outreach campaigns
• Educating members on financial products, services, and digital tools
• Working collaboratively with teammates across departments to ensure a seamless member experience
• Contributing to a positive, member-focused culture built on integrity, respect, and teamwork

Pay Range: Starting from $20-22 per hour

Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union provides a salary range that represents its good-faith estimate of what may be paid for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, market data, and business needs.
