Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience (minimal requirement).

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Thorough knowledge of credit union policies, procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products and services.
• Handle transactions including opening and servicing accounts; explain products to members.
