Job summary

Allegiance Credit Union in Oklahoma City is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative at the Main Branch. You will support members with financial transactions, including cash handling and negotiable instruments, deliver quality service, build professional relationships, provide account information and account/loan maintenance, and resolve or refer issues as needed.

The role requires attendance as an essential function. Expect a 21–29 hour workweek with a Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Identifies members’ needs and promotes cross-sell of credit union products and services.
• Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks, including typing, filing, emails, and telephone.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells money orders and VISA gift cards to members; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed.
• Identifies members’ needs and promotes and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service.
• Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks, including typing, filing, responding to emails, and answering the telephone.

Part-Time Member Service Representative
Main Branch

Monday - Friday: 2:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
Saturdays: 8:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.

(Part-Time employees are scheduled for 21 - 29 hours per week)

Role

Support members with financial transactions, includingcash-handling and negotiable instruments. Attendance is an essentialfunction of performing the duties.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• 55% - Receives and processes member financialtransactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells moneyorders and VISA gift cards to members; transfers amounts from member accountsas directed. Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
• 20% -Identify members’ needs and promote andcross-sell credit union products and services.
• 15% - Welcomes members and provides routineinformation concerning services and directs members to appropriate departmentfor specific information and service.
• 10% - Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks,including typing, filing, responding to emails, and answering the telephone.
