Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Member Service Representative in Pensacola, FL to deliver exceptional customer service for a Fortune 100 financial institution. You will handle inbound calls, assist with account inquiries, and navigate multiple banking systems in a fast-paced environment.

Position is contract-to-hire with a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) and requires residing within 60 miles of Pensacola.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

TEKsystems is currently hiring Member Service Representatives (MSRs) to support a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!!

Job Description

As a Member Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for members by providing exceptional customer service and assisting with a variety of account-related inquiries. This is a fast-paced, inbound call center environment where you will help members navigate their financial needs while delivering a positive member experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound member calls regarding account services and banking products.
• Assist members with account inquiries, debit card requests, balance transfers, account maintenance, and general banking needs.
• Research and resolve member concerns while providing accurate and timely information.
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while documenting interactions.

Schedule Post Training

• Mid-day to overnight hybrid shifts available (3 days on-site & 2 days remote)
• Must be available to work one weekend day as part of a rotating schedule.

Work Environment

• Training is fully on-site in Pensacola, FL.
• After successful completion of training, associates may transition to a hybrid schedule.
• Candidates must reside within 60 miles of the Pensacola campus.
• Home internet must meet company requirements if participating in a hybrid schedule.

Pay

$19.75/hour

Pay And Benefits
