Job summary

TEKsystems in Pensacola, FL is seeking a contact center agent for a contract‑to‑hire role. The position starts with a hybrid schedule (100% on-site until a 2-day remote weekly release) with a pay rate of $19.75/hr and a training window 7:30am-4:00pm CST.

Regular shifts run Mon-Sat or Sun-Fri, 12pm–12am, with a Sept 28 start date. Responsibilities include handling inquiries from members in a high-volume center, delivering product information, processing transactions across accounts, and

Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.
• Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
• Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Literacy, Customer Service Skills & Typing Speed (Assessments will be Required)
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent minimum
• MUST be able to have a hard-wired connection to router in home workspace
• No Time Off during training

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
